Madonna & Kids Operating Room: Expanding Life-Saving Surgery in Malawi

Last week, our co-founder Garreth Wood joined Madonna and Raising Malawi in New York City for a special evening focused on transforming surgical care for children in Malawi.

Hosted by Madonna, the fundraiser united leading organizations driving healthcare improvements in Malawi with supporters from across the U.S. and around the world. The goal: to advance a national surgical plan that ensures more children can access safe, life-changing surgery.

The partnership between Madonna and Kids Operating Room has already led to significant progress in strengthening healthcare for children.
